You were out for the whole day. [Not that she was keeping track of time or anything.] Shit, you must've been beat.

Just one day? [NOW SHE'S REALLY LOST... It sure hasn't felt like it's only been one day, but as far as her time in Haven goes, she does clearly remember the last time she went to bed i.e. yesterday.] It feels like it's been months... Although I don't think I was that tired when I went to bed then. Last night, I mean.

Yeah, it's been only a day. [For it to feel like months though... some kind of crazy dream?] You slept like a log the whole time. You eat something bad?

I don't think so. It didn't taste all the strange when I ate it, but... I had the strangest dream. It felt like so much time had passed. I've read before of how eating something strange before sleeping can cause odd dreams, so maybe that really was it...

[She doubts it though, and it's evident in her voice. It felt less like a dream and more just like... memories. Like it was completely real. If she'd only been sleeping in Haven the whole time though, it must've been a dream, right?]

... What happened in your dream? Do you remember?

I remember... everything. Everything that happened in my dream, I mean. There was so much that happened, I hardly know where to begin. [Or how much she even feels comfortable sharing. It's been "a while" since the incident with Alexei, but even back home with her friends she never wanted to talk about it much.] I dreamed that I was back home, and it was like... Like things picked up exactly where they left off from when I first arrived in Haven. I was in Myorzo again, just like before, not knowing how to take what the Elder told me... [a small sigh] I'm sorry, this must not make much sense to you.

Not really. [If she had to be honest about it.] It doesn't sound like much of a "dream" though.

You're right... But if it wasn't a dream, what could it possibly have been? [She was asleep... if not in a complete coma, and she saw things during her sleep. You'd call that a dream, right?]

No idea. You were here the whole time, so it's not like you poofed into thin air. [Ah though she sort of indirectly just admitted to watching over her...] It only makes sense if it was a dream, but... hearing you talk about it, I dunno. Makes it seem like it really happened.

I wonder if it really did then... [It just felt so real after all, not to mention that she could still feel the spirits with her. If that was the case though, how could something like that happen? Although she does pick up on what Kainé said seems to imply.]

... Did you watch over me while I was sleeping?

[Speculating on the state of Estelle's "dream" is officially over for Kainé as she pauses.]

I only noticed you were still out like a light when I came back for my stuff. [Lying through your teeth is bad.] I didn't take you for a deep sleeper.

Oh, I see... [She probably should've expected as much from Kainé. Actually checking in on her didn't seem like something she'd do.] I've been told that I'm a bit of a heavy sleeper at times, but certainly never that deeply. I'm glad you noticed.

[It would've been a little scary to wake up from such a deep sleep completely alone, after all.]
